Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
For orders completed on business days, we guarantee that your order will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours, equal to 2 business days. In any case, we guarantee that you will receive your medal within 3–5 business days.
Delivery to Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, and the Islands may require 1–2 additional business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking reference number. You can use it to track your parcel on the DHL or BRT website, depending on the standard delivery service used.
Please note that your parcel can only be tracked from the day after you receive this information.
How does the delivery service work?
Delivery times depend on the courier used, DHL or BRT. Deliveries are usually made between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

For Visa and MasterCard payments, you will need to use the identification method required by the bank that issued your credit card.
What is the return procedure?
If you decide to return your purchase, please follow the procedure below to receive your refund.
Write an email to info@picchianiebarlacchi.it.
You will receive the return form by email. Print it and place it inside the box in which your order originally arrived, if possible.
The reply email will also include the DHL or BRT label. Attach it to your parcel and seal it securely.
Make sure the label is clearly visible and that the return address and barcode are not hidden or altered in any way.
Take your parcel to the nearest DHL or BRT courier location and keep the shipping receipt. You can find the collection point closest to you using the DHL locator or BRT locator.
Once we have received your parcel, we will process your refund and send you a confirmation email from marinamilitare@picchianiebarlacchi.it.
The refund will be completed within 30 days, depending on your bank provider.
Return shipping costs are covered by Picchiani e Barlacchi only and exclusively in the case of damage caused during shipping or manufacturing defects.
